    Primary Responsibilities

    • Handling operational activities of
    • Managing compliances using the software
    • Extensively using excel to update and manage
    • Reviewing of the compliance documents submitted by the clients and uploading the documents in the
    • Customer interactions and follow ups for the compliance document
    • Prompt revert to the emails and calls of the customers and increase customer
    • Follow procedures and guidelines for reviewing compliance documents, uploading documents and
    • Any other tasks as may be assigned
