Full Stack Senior Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Objective


Drive the technical vision, ensure scalable architecture, and lead the development team in building
and deploying AI Agents, Compliance Apps Hosting Platform (AppHub), legacy systems and
platforms with modern DevOps practices

Primary Responsibilities

• Own the overall architecture - micro-frontends, FastAPI services, micro-services, AI agents, BotPress apps, .net apps
• Hands-on experience in analyzing and modernizing legacy systems built on .NET technologies (ASP.NET, .NET Core, MS SQL Server), including leading their migration to modern architectures and technologies such as Next.js, Python, FastAPI, microservices, Docker, and cloud-native services.
• Define sprint goals and manage backlog with the product owner
• Lead CI/CD pipeline design and automation using Jenkins/GitHub Actions
• Oversee containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Manage secure, reliable deployments on Linux servers/cloud infra
• Conduct code reviews, release approvals, and deployment sign-offs
• Mentor developers on design patterns, clean code, and DevOps best practices
• Ensure that compliance modules, AppHub micro-frontend applications, utilities,
• .NET applications, third-party components, and AI agent ecosystem integrations are fully compliant and properly managed
• Build and Fine Tune ML models, adopt LLMs models, TTS, STT
• Proficient in CLEAN Architecture and SOLID principles

Desired Qualifications, Experience & Competencies

Desired Qualifications: BE or BTech Computer Science
Desired Experience: 5–6 years in software development.At least 2–3 years in a technical leadership role.
Proven experience delivering SaaS/enterprise apps with DevOps pipelines

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of sprint planning and agile ceremonies.
• Deep experience in microservices and scaling architectures.
• Security-first mindset (RBAC, API security, secrets mgmt).

Competencies

• Expert in ReactJS, FastAPI, Python, REST/GraphQL, Pydantic, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras
  ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework, MS SQL Server, TFS, IIS.
• SciKitLearn, XGBoost / LightGBM.
• Strong DevOps skills (CI/CD, Jenkins, GitOps, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Linux server management and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• LLMs – OpenAI, Llama 3.0, Mixtral, Calude, CrewAI, MCP, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangSmith, PineCone or Chroma
