RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and
      ensure its strong presence.
    • Identify and engage prospects and drive business opportunities.
    • Achieving growth and achieving sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
    • Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.
    • Ensuring that the sales cost is minimal, with respect to the revenue generated. Manage the use of budgets.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to provide maximum information to client by way of providing collaterals and online / offline product demonstrations.
    • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
    • Responsible for the Sales processes including Inside sales, co-ordination with Marketing team etc.
    • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.
