The employers are also to file the Return of Contribution up to 26^th May 2022 instead of 11^th May 2022 for the contribution period from October, 2021 to March, 2022.

Brief Details	The Ministry Of Labour and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-clause (vi) of clause (n) of section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, hereby declares the services engaged in the said industrial establishments to be a public utility service for the purposes of the said Act for a period of six months with effect from the 24^th April, 2022. This is applicable to the services engaged in the industrial establishments manufacturing or producing Nuclear Fuel and Components, Heavy Water and Allied Chemicals and Atomic Energy, which are covered under item 28 of the First Schedule to the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
